These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the On the Spot Mobile Detailing website and the detailing services we provide. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About On the Spot

On the Spot Mobile Detailing (“On the Spot,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a mobile car detailing service based in Henryetta, Oklahoma. We bring our equipment, water, and power to your location and detail your vehicle there.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to book a service with us. You must be the owner of the vehicle, or have authorization from the owner, to have it detailed.

3. Service area

We currently serve Henryetta, OK and the area within 60 miles of central Henryetta. If you book from an address outside our service area, the booking will not be accepted, and we may invite you to join our waitlist for future expansion.

4. Booking and pricing

• Prices listed on our website apply at the time of booking. If pricing changes after that, the price you saw at booking is the price you’ll be charged.
• The price assumes the vehicle and condition you described at booking. If the vehicle is significantly different on arrival (size mismatch, extreme soiling, biohazards), we may need to adjust the price or decline the service. We’ll always communicate before changing anything.
• Some services have add-ons priced separately.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service. We accept cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, and PayPal. We do not take prepayment or hold a card on file. If none of these payment methods work for you, please let us know before we arrive so we can sort it out.

6. Vehicle access and arrival

For us to do the detail, you need to either:

• Be present at the time of arrival, or
• Provide clear access instructions in your booking notes (gate code, where to park, where to find keys, etc.) and ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

If we arrive at the scheduled time and can’t access the vehicle through no fault of our own, we may treat the booking as a missed appointment subject to our cancellation policy below.

7. Cancellation and reschedule

• More than 12 hours before your appointment: free cancellation or reschedule.
• Within 12 hours of your appointment: a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the booking total may apply.
• No-show: if we arrive at the scheduled time and the vehicle is inaccessible or you are unreachable, we may charge up to the full booking total.
• Inclement weather: we will reschedule at no charge for weather conditions that prevent a safe and effective detail. We monitor the forecast and may proactively reach out the day before if conditions look unworkable.

8. What we provide

• Equipment, water (we bring our own tank), and power (battery pack on board) — you don’t need to provide a hose, outlet, or anything else.
• A safe, careful detail using professional-grade products and methods.
• Before-and-after photos may be taken for our records and possibly for marketing use (see Section 11).

9. What we ask of you

• A safe, level place to set up — typically your driveway, garage, or a parking spot.
• Personal items removed from the vehicle that you don’t want us to handle.
• Honest disclosure of the vehicle’s condition so we can plan correctly.

10. Limitation of liability

We take care with every vehicle we detail. To the maximum extent permitted by Oklahoma law:

• Our total liability arising out of or relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions on the vehicle that we did not cause. Where practical, we will photograph these on arrival.
• We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

If you believe we caused damage during a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate together.

11. Photos and testimonials

We may photograph the vehicles we detail to document our work and, occasionally, to use in advertising or social media in a way that does not identify the customer. If you do not want photos of your vehicle used in marketing, tell us before we begin or note it in your booking — we’ll respect that request.

If you submit a testimonial, photo, or review, you give us permission to display it on our website and social media with the name and details you provided.

12. Communications

By booking, you agree to receive booking-related communications from us. Your SMS preferences are governed by our SMS Terms. Your overall privacy preferences are governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Ownership

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and code — is the property of On the Spot Mobile Detailing or its licensors and is protected by US copyright and trademark laws. Don’t copy, mirror, or republish our content without permission.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Grady, Oklahoma, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
